Office Assistant (Full-Time or Part-Time)
LA Closeout, Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated Office Assistant to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to assist with basic office duties and invoicing. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Responsibilities
* Prepare and process customer invoices.
* Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries.
* Respond to emails and assist customers professionally.
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
* File, scan, and organize documents.
* Assist with general administrative and office duties.
* Maintain office supplies and assist with office organization.
* Support management with various projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications
* Previous office or administrative experience preferred but not required.
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Ability to multitask and work independently.
* Reliable, punctual, and professional.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish/Farsi) preferred.
