We need 5 experienced fabricators/welders with a minimum of 5 years Fluxcore experience. Pay will be based on weld test and prior experience. Candidates need to be detail-oriented and team player to join our team at Fox Manufacturing, LLC. As a successful Welder/Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in consistently producing high-quality custom metal products for customers across the United States and globally.
- The ideal candidates will have the ability to weld and fabricate various components according to specifications. This role requires proficiency in FCAW techniques, as well as the ability to read blueprints and adhere to industry codes and standards.
Duties
- Perform welding operations mainly using FCAW.
- Assemble fabricated parts into final products.
- Operate cranes and other machinery safely to move materials.
- Utilize calipers and other measuring tools to ensure precision in fabrication.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant codes and standards for safety and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- 5 years of proven FCAW and fabrication experience is required.
- Prior work welding/fabricating dampers and expansion joints preferred.
- Experience operating cranes is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and apply relevant codes and standards effectively.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
