As a Program Manager III, you will lead the implementation, coordination and ongoing success of key programs that advance operational excellence and improve patient access to care. In this role, you will develop and enhance processes, systems and procedures that promote efficiency, drive program outcomes and support organizational goals. You will serve as a trusted liaison between internal departments and community organizations, foster meaningful partnerships and provide guidance and mentorship to team members while contributing to budget planning and program strategy.
This position is dedicated to expanding access to cancer screenings for underserved communities. Success in this role requires strong organizational and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to confidently present clinical information to diverse audiences. You will collaborate with community partners to develop outreach opportunities, strengthen engagement efforts and connect individuals with valuable screening resources.
