Service Lot Porter Job Responsibilities
Move customer and dealership vehicles safely throughout the service drive and lot
Assist with maintaining an organized, clean, and professional vehicle inventory
Transport vehicles to and from service, detailing, and designated parking areas
Perform vehicle check-ins and assist with customer vehicle retrieval
Wash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles as needed
Ensure service and customer parking areas remain clean and presentable
Support Service Advisors, Technicians, and other dealership staff as needed
Follow all dealership safety procedures and driving guidelines
Provide friendly and professional customer service when interacting with guests

Service Lot Porter Qualifications
Previous porter, lot attendant, customer service, or automotive experience preferred but not required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to safely operate vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work on your feet and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
