Primary Purpose
Pacific Sacramento Surgery Center, LLC (PSSC), a subsidiary of University of the Pacific, is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support the launch and ongoing operations of its new Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in Sacramento, California. This role is ideal for a motivated and adaptable surgical professional who thrives in a growing, team-oriented environment focused on exceptional patient care, innovation, and clinical education.
The Surgical Technologist will support Operating Room (OR) readiness, sterile processing workflows, equipment and supply management, and surgical procedures. The role works closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.
Hiring Range
$31.30 - $45.00 per hour. We consider factors such as, but not limited to, scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s qualifications, internal equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
