Valley Nail Supply is a small business in Mcallen, TX. We are professional, customer-centric and fast-paced. We are looking for a Store Clerk/Cashier to join our team to ensure that customers have a satisfactory shopping experience.
Responsibilities for Store Clerk/Cashier :
•Welcoming customers to the store
•Address customer service concerns and answer questions pertaining to items solid in the store.
•Maintain a well-organized and orderly storefront that aligns with the store’s image.
•Introduce customers to current discounts and new arrival products within the store to promote both sales and brand awareness.
Requirement :
•Speak fluently in both languages (English & Spanish).
•Excellent customer service skills.
•Ability to prioritize tasks given.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of electronics, technical sales, or jewelry sales is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
