PropCoast Realty is a modern investment real estate brokerage based in Clearwater, Florida. The Role
This is a disposition-focused sales position. You'll build and manage relationships with real estate investors, understand what they buy, and match them with investment opportunities quickly and professionally. You'll work directly with our managing broker and acquisitions team, not a middle manager reading a playbook.
What You'll Do:
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified investors, cash buyers, and repeat clients across Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Manatee, Sarasota, Polk, and Hernando counties
- Prospect for new investor clients through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and consistent follow-up
- Match buyers with investment properties based on their acquisition criteria, return targets, and timelines
- Coordinate showings, negotiate offers, and manage transactions from contract to close
- Track pipeline activity, buyer preferences, and deal history using internal tools and systems
Who You Are:
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and confident building relationships and creating sales opportunities from scratch
- A strong communicator who builds credibility quickly with experienced investors and can manage multiple active transactions simultaneously
- Coachable, resourceful, and excited to grow with a company that's scaling
Qualifications
Required: Active Florida real estate license (or willingness to obtain), strong negotiation and closing skills, reliable transportation for property showings across the Tampa Bay area, comfort with CRM systems and tech-enabled sales processes.
Preferred: Sales experience in real estate, wholesale real estate, B2B, recruiting, hospitality, automotive, or other performance-driven environments. Existing investor network in the Tampa Bay area. Familiarity with ARV analysis, fix-and-flip evaluation, or rental underwriting.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
