Our nursing home is seeking an experienced Admissions & Marketing Director to lead our admissions process and marketing efforts. This role is essential in building relationships with the community, managing resident intake, and driving census growth.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase referrals and admissions.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community organizations.
- Oversee the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition for new residents.
- Conduct tours for prospective residents and families, showcasing our facility’s services.
- Track and analyze marketing and admissions data to optimize strategies.
- Work closely with facility leadership to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.
- Experience in healthcare admissions, marketing, or business development nursing home or healthcare setting required.
- Strong networking, sales, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, insurance processes, and regulatory guidelines is a plus.
