Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Concrete Polish and Epoxy Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming concrete surfaces into sleek, durable finishes through expert polishing and epoxy application. Your skills will contribute to high-quality commercial and residential projects, ensuring surfaces meet both aesthetic standards and functional requirements. Duties
- Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing to ensure optimal adhesion for polishing and epoxy coatings
- Apply epoxy resins, sealers, and decorative finishes with precision, following project specifications and safety protocols
- Operate power tools such as grinders, polishers, mixers, and saws safely and effectively to achieve desired surface finishes
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to accurately execute surface treatments according to project requirements
- Assist with concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and formwork construction as needed on various construction sites
- Maintain a clean work environment by managing materials and debris while adhering to construction workplace safety regulations Qualifications
- Proven experience working on construction projects involving concrete finishing, epoxy application, or related trades
- Strong mechanical knowledge of tools, power equipment, and materials used in concrete polishing and epoxy installation
- Ability to read blueprints, interpret technical drawings, and follow detailed construction plans accurately
- Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring concrete overlays
- Hands-on experience with heavy lifting and working on renovation or heavy-duty construction sites
- Strong commitment to workplace safety regulations and quality standards in all aspects of the job

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
