Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Class A CDL Driver with Pinnacle Logistics LLC, an integral part of the Amazon Freight Partner network. In this energetic role, you will operate tractor-trailers and various freight vehicles to deliver goods efficiently and safely across designated routes. Your expertise in commercial truck driving, logistics cargo handling, and adherence to safety regulations will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. Duties
- Safely operate tractor-trailers to haul no-touch freight.
- Navigate using GPS systems to ensure accurate and timely deliveries while optimizing routes for efficiency.
- Drive regional routes that have you home every two days.
- Comply with all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations, including hours of service, vehicle inspections, and safety protocols.
- Handle manual tasks related to electronic documentation processing for each shipment.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery records, and vehicle maintenance reports in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance before and after trips.
Experience
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in commercial truck driving, including route driving and delivery driving in various environments.
- Familiarity with refrigerated trailers, box trailers, and intermodal containers preferred.
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT compliance standards, and hazardous materials regulations is highly desirable.
- Experience operating manual transmission trucks and equipment such as forklifts or dump trucks is a plus.
- Prior work involving logistics cargo handling or freight transportation enhances your suitability for this role.
- Strong understanding of GPS navigation tools and route planning for efficient delivery schedules.

Pay: $57,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
