Set up and operate CNC lathes independently and safely
Perform full machine setups (boring jaws, setting tools, indicating parts)
Read and interpret setup sheets, blueprints, and GD&T
Hold tight tolerances on complex aerospace components
Make tooling offsets and program adjustments to maintain quality
Inspect parts using micrometers, height gauges, verniers, and other precision tools
Maintain machine cleanliness and daily TPMs
Follow all safety standards and company procedures
Support continuous improvement, cross-training, and cost-saving initiatives
Mentor and support junior machinists and team members
