Position Overview
We’re hiring Sales Associates to guide customers through the vehicle purchase experience from initial contact to delivery. This role is ideal for motivated, coachable professionals who enjoy working with people, can follow a proven process, and want strong earning potential in a busy dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person, by phone, and through digital lead channels
- Conduct needs assessments and match customers with the right vehicle and payment options
- Deliver product presentations, demos, and test drives in a professional manner
- Build and manage a pipeline through consistent follow-up, appointment setting, and CRM task execution
- Work with Sales Managers to structure deals, present options, and move opportunities to completion
- Support trade-in appraisals, vehicle selections, and delivery coordination
- Maintain accurate customer notes, lead statuses, and activity tracking in the CRM
- Follow store standards for communication, appointment confirmations, and post-sale follow-up
- Meet or exceed monthly performance targets for activity, appointments, and units sold
Qualifications
- Automotive sales experience preferred, but not required with strong customer-facing background
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging customers by phone and in person
- Goal-oriented, coachable, and consistent with follow-up and daily activity
- Organized, dependable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with basic computer systems and CRM tools
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Schedule flexibility, including weekends and some evenings
