As a Sales Crew Member at Vendex, you'll represent AT&T's wireless services, working one-on-one with customers to identify their needs, recommend personalized solutions, and help them stay connected with products that fit their lifestyle.
This Sales Crew Member role is focused on working directly with customers to present AT&T wireless services and help guide them through available plans and product options. Our Sales Crew Member will be responsible for leading customer conversations from initial interest through sales completion and activation. The Sales Crew Member role is centered on daily customer interaction where clear communication and consistency drive results. Success in this position comes from actively engaging customers and supporting them through a smooth and efficient sales process.
Sales Crew Member Responsibilities
- Meet with customers directly to introduce AT&T wireless products and services.
- Process sales orders and wireless devices for all interested customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend solutions that provide long-term value.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of current AT&T products, promotions, and technology.
- Consistently achieve individual sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Sales Crew Member Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
- Prior Sales Crew Member experience is a plus.
- Time management skills when processing sales orders
- Positive attitude and desire to obtain a leadership position
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing roles is a plus
Pay: $800.00 - $1,100.00 per week
