- Monday–Friday
- 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM
- Some weekends required
About the Position
We are seeking a motivated Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at multiple customer locations throughout Illinois. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams, solving problems, and ensuring every job is completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support cleaning staff at multiple facilities
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and company standards are met
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and support
- Assist with cleaning duties whenever additional coverage is needed
- Communicate with clients and respond to questions or concerns in a professional manner
- Help coordinate schedules and keep daily operations running efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous experience supervising or leading a team
- Commercial cleaning experience is required
- Valid driver's license
