Job Overview
We are looking for a strong Assistant Manager / Manager Trainee who can think independently, take initiative, and keep operations running smoothly during busy hours.
This is not just a job—it is a hands-on leadership training position. Candidates must start from the kitchen (Crepe Maker) and fully understand store operations before moving into management responsibilities.
Training Path
Phase 1 – Crepe Maker (Kitchen Foundation)
- Learn full crepe menu and recipe standards
- Master speed + consistency in food preparation
- Understand prep work, restocking, and kitchen flow
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Handle high-volume order production
Phase 2 – Front of House Training
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate POS system and handle cash
- Prepare drinks (milk tea and toppings)
- Communicate clearly with kitchen during rush hours
- Handle basic customer issues
Phase 3 – Leadership / Manager Role
- Lead during busy hours and keep operations smooth
- Think independently and make quick decisions under pressure
- Assign tasks and coordinate team workflow
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Solve daily operational problems without waiting for instruction
- Ensure speed, quality, and efficiency across both stations
- Train and guide new staff
What We Are Looking For
- Strong independent thinking (can run shift when busy)
- Fast and efficient under pressure
- Stable work attendance (no frequent call-outs)
- Responsible and reliable
- Good at handling customer complaints calmly
- Able to organize team and keep things running smoothly
- Restaurant experience preferred but not required
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
