About the Position
Crabapples is looking for an energetic, friendly, and reliable bartender to join our team! We’re a casual, neighborhood bar looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can keep up in a busy environment, and knows how to create a great experience for our guests.
What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, attentive service to guests
- Take drink orders and prepare beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Check IDs and follow all NYS alcohol service laws
- Communicate effectively with servers and other staff
- Keep the bar and surrounding areas clean throughout the shift
- Help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for our customers
- Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Positive attitude and a team-player mentality
- Must be able to handle multiple orders and stay organized during busy periods
Pay: $10.70 per hour
