Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Project Manager to join our construction management team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting project planning, coordination, and execution across various construction projects. Duties
- Assist in developing detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software to track progress and milestones.
- Support project teams in coordinating activities on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to facilitate accurate project execution.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate effective communication and resolve issues promptly.
- Contribute to cost estimation efforts utilizing heavyBid and other estimating tools to support budgeting processes.
- Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays, and help implement corrective actions to maintain momentum.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and daily reports.
Experience
- Prior experience or internship in construction management or related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with construction estimating software such as HeavyBid or similar tools.
- Knowledge of construction site operations, safety procedures, and blueprint reading.
- Experience with project scheduling software like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering drawings and schematics.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic proficiency in construction management software platforms such as ProCore or Bluebeam is a plus.

Pay: $59,559.21 - $71,727.23 per year
