This position demands a seasoned professional with substantial experience in numerous areas of law which a large employer finds itself confronted with on a daily basis. The person who obtains this position MUST have demonstrated experience with a minimum of 15 years as an attorney with substantial experience in the following areas of law:
a) Business Transactional;
b) Regulatory Compliance;
c) Legislative;
d) Personal Injury;
e) Employment Law;
f) Law Firm Management.
To be considered, applicant MUST be an active Nevada licensed attorney and in "good standing" with the Nevada State Bar.
