Holtger Bros., Inc. (HBI) is looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you’ll manage the full hiring process—from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees—and play a key part in building our workforce.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit for a variety of positions across the company.
- Source candidates through job fairs, online postings, and community events.
- Write and post job ads to attract top talent.
- Screen resumes, interview candidates, and coordinate hiring steps.
- Handle pre-employment checks and onboarding.
- Support HR projects and ensure compliance with employment laws.
What We’re Looking For
- Associate degree in HR or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of recruiting experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for recruiting events.
