IceWorks is looking for a dependable Office Support / Dispatch Assistant to help keep our daily operations moving.
This is a hands-on office support role for someone who likes staying busy, answering phones, entering information accurately, following checklists,and helping the team stay organized. We are not looking for someone who needs constant direction or a job where every day is exciting. We need someone steady, reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to own the small tasks that keep the business running.
IceWorks is a packaged ice distribution company serving Austin and the surrounding area. Ice may be the product, but service is what we sell. Our office team supports drivers, customers, orders, dispatch, equipment, and day-to-day communication.

Schedule:
Sunday through Thursday
Full-time hourly position
Must be able to work Sundays consistently
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and take accurate messages
- Support dispatch communication with drivers and managers
- Enter data accurately and timely
- Assist with customer orders and basic office follow-up
- Complete daily and weekly checklists
- Help track open items and communicate what still needs attention
- Prepare and distribute a weekly safety bulletin
- Manage snack inventory and restocking for the team
- Assist with basic administrative projects as assigned
- Escalate customer, driver, order, or operational issues to the right manager
- Help keep the office organized and the day moving

- Prior work experience in customer service, retail, restaurant, dispatch, front desk, office support, or warehouse office work is a plus

Pay:
Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
