Status: Full-time, hourly (non-exempt)
Rate of Pay: $25 to $32 depending on experience
Reports to: Director of Engineering
Ability to Commute/Relocate: Irving, TX 75038: Work is onsite and must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)

Performs a variety of repair and maintenance duties including but not limited to drywall repair, painting, replacing of air filters and other ongoing maintenance to ensure the upkeep of facilities.

Fixes plumbing problems - i.e. unclogging drains, plunging/repairing toilets, leaking spigots, faucets, pipe valves, and related equipment.

Repairs minor electrical issues – i.e. replacing electrical outlets and switches, changing light ballasts, replacing lightbulbs, etc.

Ensure all building systems operate safely, efficiently and as originally intended per manufacturer and company standards.

Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others; supports the team to reach common goals.

Understands and adheres to the job description and department service standards.

Maintains a clean and professional personal appearance; maintains confidentiality of proprietary information and protects company assets and investments.
Experience, Knowledge and Education:

Must be able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing. Fluency in Spanish a plus.

Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently.

Basic Electrical knowledge (Single Phase) and ability to work safely.
-
Must be able to work independently with little supervision.

Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 lbs.

Ability to move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders.

Must be available to work a flexible full time schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

Basic Plumbing Knowledge.

Ability and willingness to learn new skills.

Must have excellent guest service skills and be able to interact with club members and associates.

Must have basic computer skills (email, etc.).

High School diploma or GED required.
-
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification a plus.

HVAC and Refrigeration Knowledge and Skillset a plus.

A minimum of 5+years prior building/facilities maintenance experience is strongly preferred.

Experience working with commercial kitchen equipment is strongly preferred.
