Duties
- Lead end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement, inventory control, logistics, and demand forecasting to meet organizational goals.
- Utilize business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and data visualization software to analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Manage ERP systems like SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, and SAP to streamline procurement, inventory management, and manufacturing workflows.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles such as Kaizen and Lean management to reduce waste, improve productivity, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions or inefficiencies using quantitative analysis techniques and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and sales to optimize demand planning and inventory demand forecasting.
- Negotiate directly with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
- Oversee logistics inventory management ensuring accurate tracking of stock levels using MRP systems and inventory control best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process mapping, value stream analysis, and project management methodologies.
- Prepare detailed reports on supply chain analytics for executive review and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supply chain management or logistics with a strong understanding of procurement, inventory control, manufacturing, and demand planning processes.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI; experience with SQL or other data analysis software is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems including SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, or similar platforms; knowledge of MRP systems is essential.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles like Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean management, and process improvement techniques.
- Excellent data visualization skills coupled with quantitative analysis capabilities for effective reporting and decision support.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams with effective project management skills.
- Familiarity with logistics inventory management strategies and supply chain analytics tools.
- Strong negotiation skills for procurement activities along with excellent communication abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field; advanced certifications such as CSCP or CPIM are a plus.

Compensation:
$24.00/hr to $26.00/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
