Mellow Mushroom is looking for a dedicated leader to join our team as Director of Catering. This position handles organization of all in-store and off-site catering and events for all three Charleston Area Mellow Mushroom Locations. Looking for a hard working, motivated, trustworthy individual to help us continue our current track of growth and improvement. This role is perfect for someone who is a self-starter.
Must have a minimum of 1+ years restaurant experience in a full service casual dining establishment. Catering experience preferred, but not required. We focus on providing the best experience possible for our guests while having fun and enjoying what we do. Must have open availability and be willing to work some evenings and some weekends. We are always closed on Christmas and Thanksgiving. Pay is dependent on experience.
Our three locations include: Mellow Mushroom North Charleston (4855 Tanger Outlet Boulevard), West Ashley (19 Magnolia Road), and Mount Pleasant (3110 N. Highway 17)
