- Assist Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of retail construction projects.
- Support project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor management.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Review contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Attend project meetings and maintain accurate project records and reporting.
- Help manage project closeout activities, including punch lists and turnover documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all company, client, and regulatory requirements.
