About the Role
General Hotels Corporation is seeking a friendly, professional, and hospitality-driven Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the face of the hotel, you'll play a key role in creating memorable first impressions and delivering exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out.

Whether you're helping a guest find local attractions, resolving a concern, or simply greeting someone with a smile, you'll have a direct impact on the overall guest experience.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Complete guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly
- Assist guests with reservations, room requests, and special accommodations
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Handle guest concerns professionally and work toward positive resolutions
- Maintain accurate guest information and room assignments
- Provide information regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready front desk environment
- Follow company policies, brand standards, and operational procedures
- Support overall hotel operations as needed
What You'll Bring
- Previous customer service experience required
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer proficiency and phone skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
