Fagioli, Inc. / F4 Construction (LLC)
Fagioli is hiring experienced NCCER Certified Riggers to support heavy lift projects across refineries, plants, and industrial sites nationwide.
Requirements (Must Have)
- Minimum 2+ years of rigging experience in refinery, petrochemical, or heavy construction environments
- Experience with slings, chainfalls, hoists, pulleys, and heavy equipment lifts
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and lift plans
- Must hold one of the following:
- NCCER Rigging Level 1
- NCCER Rigging Level 2
- NCCER Advanced Rigging
- Must be able to travel nationwide and work any shift (days/nights/weekends)
Responsibilities
- Set up and inspect rigging equipment
- Safely lift, move, and position heavy loads
- Work with crane operators on complex lifts
- Maintain safe rigging practices on active job sites
Pay & Benefits
- $28–$32/hour (DOE)
