This is an onsite inside sales position where your success is driven by your work ethic, communication skills, and ability to close.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and cold call business owners, CEOs, CFOs, Controllers, and other executive decision-makers nationwide
- Introduce our commercial recovery services and identify client needs
- Build credibility quickly and confidently overcome objections
- Close new business in a fast-paced sales environment with a short sales cycle
- Maintain accurate activity within our CRM
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience (B2B, business development, or high-volume outbound sales preferred)
- Strong closing ability with a confident, professional phone presence
- Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day
- Competitive mindset with a desire to exceed goals
- Ability to communicate with executives and decision-makers
- Experience using CRM software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
