Job Summary

Duties
- Manage escrow accounts from opening to closing, ensuring all funds are handled securely and accurately
- Coordinate with all parties involved in real estate transactions, including buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents
- Conduct thorough research on property titles to verify ownership rights and identify any liens or encumbrances
- Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the escrow process with clarity and professionalism
- Prepare detailed reports on transaction progress, discrepancies, or issues requiring resolution
Requirements
- Proven experience in an escrow office environment or real estate setting with a focus on escrow
- Strong knowledge of real estate escrow transactions
- Excellent research skills to verify property information and resolve title issues effectively
- Familiarity with title processing software and GIS technology for accurate data management
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly
