Duties
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), focusing on skill acquisition and behavior management.
- Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors, progress toward goals, and intervention outcomes using standardized documentation methods.
- Support clients with autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders through engaging teaching strategies rooted in applied behavior analysis.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding medical records and sensitive client information during all interactions.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to ensure consistency in care plans and behavioral health strategies.
- Contribute to the development and review of care plans tailored to each individual’s needs, ensuring ethical standards are upheld at all times.
Experience
- Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities in settings such as home-based behavioral programs or special education environments is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and autism spectrum disorders support is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to assist with ADLs and implement behavior intervention strategies in accordance with the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code is required.
- Experience working within behavioral health or autism support programs provides a strong foundation for success in this position.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and a compassionate approach are vital for fostering positive relationships with clients and their families.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
