Duties
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
- Administer medication reminders and monitor health status
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, cleaning, and organizing to maintain a safe living environment
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or community activities to promote social engagement
- Observe and report any changes in health or behavior to family members or healthcare providers promptly
