Train Boston is MetroWest’s leading physical therapy-based sports training center. We’re looking for a licensed PT who wants true 1:1 patient care, clinical autonomy, and a collaborative sports-performance environment.
We are a small business physical therapy practice built on a concierge model of care. Our growth is driven by word-of-mouth referrals between friends, family and neighbors who love the results and the experience.

Who We’re Looking For
- Licensed Massachusetts Physical Therapist (required)
- 1–2+ years outpatient ortho/sports preferred
- Strong new grads welcome
- Strong manual therapy skills
- Passionate, energetic, team-oriented
Compensation
$82,500 – $105,000+ (based on experience)
Full-Time or flexible Per Diem options available.
