Service plumbers-
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1+ years of residential service experience.
Licensing: None required but P1, P2 or Plumbing Technician license preferred. ( license bonus paid!)
Skills: Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, diagnostic, customer service, and communication skills.
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces, standing, kneeling, sitting, laying or reaching.
Tools: Must have basic plumbing hand and power tools and familiarity with plumbing tools (pipe cutters, threaders, drain cleaners and cameras).
Driving: A clean driving record and valid driver's license.
Responsibilities & Duties
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose plumbing issues (leaks, clogged drains, broken pipes) and perform repairs on fixtures like sinks, toilets, water heaters, etc.
Installation & Maintenance: Install new piping, appliances (dishwashers, water heaters), and fixtures; maintain existing systems to ensure efficiency and prevent breakdowns.
Customer Service: Explain plumbing problems and repair options to customers and providing upfront pricing and educating them on system maintenance.
Code Compliance: Ensure all work meets local, state, and federal building codes.
Administrative Tasks: Prepare invoices, track parts inventory for the service van, and complete paperwork for repairs.
Safety: Follow safety regulations including wearing the appropriate proper protective equipment (PPE) and safely handling tools to prevent accidents.

- Minimum of 2+ years of plumbing experience is preferred
- Good customer service skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Understand and follow current codes pertaining to our services
- Good driving record
- Must pass background and drug test
