General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
2–5 years of experience as a general manager in a full-service restaurant-
Annual sales volume experience of $4 million or higher

Stable work history — no more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years

High energy with a passionate, hands-on leadership style
General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of a lively, upscale casual dining and entertainment venue
