JOB SUMMARY: Under the general direction of the Communications and Marketing Director, the lead technician assists with marketing and communication duties through social media, graphic design, photography, and video editing for the City of Del Rio. Acts as the technical director to set up, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair/replace, and operate cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, and other audio equipment.
