SUMMARY: With multiple dining options, Wintergreen’s Food and Beverage Department is always looking for new talent to bring on board. Wintergreen’s Food and Beverage Department is seeking individual’s that can provide an excellent dining experience to all guests and verbally interact with guests. Individual must be prompt and courteous service of requested food and beverages and constant maintenance of dining area cleanliness. We are currently hiring Servers for up sale dining (Devils Grill), Banquets, and casual dining (The Edge).
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Professionally provide thorough food and beverage service to our patrons

Protect the resort and all its guests and employees by adhering to all Alcohol Beverage Control laws, Sanitation requirements and Safety policies

Interact with all guests and co-workers in a friendly, helpful and happy manner

Intelligently help guests with seating and ordering foods and beverages

Prepare and or close the restaurant by completing all side work tasks every shift

Maintain clean work and dining areas at all times

Attend all training seminars
-
Supports all other F&B outlets as needed

Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Must be able to be at work on time consistently
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Must possess excellent knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Strong candidates for our Server position will be able to consistently deliver exceptional service to our members and guests, and work effectively with peers, management staff and culinary team.

In addition, a fluency in wine, as well as menu knowledge is helpful.
- Professional dress, outgoing personality and excellent communication skills are required.
- Considered applicants will be at least 18 years of age.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

Must be able to stand for extended period of times and lift 25lbs.
