Your Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with homeowners, understand their needs, and present customized bath solutions using our proven sales process and design tools.
This is a performance-driven role ideal for individuals who are confident, self-motivated, and motivated by high income potential.
Key Responsibilities

Run pre-qualified, company-provided appointments in customers’ homes

Deliver a structured sales presentation using an iPad

Design customized bath solutions using provided software

Present pricing and close sales during the appointment

Follow up as needed to secure decisions

Attend sales training and team meetings as requested
Qualifications
-
Previous in-home sales experience preferred (home improvement experience a strong plus)

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Confidence in closing sales in a one-call environment

Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented

Ability to work independently and manage your schedule

Reliable transportation and local to the Houston area
Compensation

Commission-based with uncapped earning potential

Earn 8%–12% commission per sale, based on performance and experience

Average earnings of $800–$1,500+ per closed deal

Higher-ticket projects offer increased earning potential

Top-performing representatives consistently earn $100K–$200K+ annually
