Sandy's is a locally operated convenience store company serving communities throughout Pennsylvania. Our Frankstown location offers a wide selection of tobacco products, beverages, snacks, PA Lottery, Skills Games, essential convenience items, and fuel services.
We are currently seeking a friendly, dependable Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. If you enjoy helping customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and taking pride in maintaining a clean and organized store, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience
- Accurately process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Assist customers with tobacco products, beverages, snacks, lottery purchases, and store merchandise
- Maintain clean, fully stocked shelves, coolers, and displays
- Handle cash and payments accurately and responsibly
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking merchandise
- Promote store specials and suggest additional products to customers
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Support fuel sales operations and assist customers as needed
What We're Looking For

- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Retail, convenience store, gas station, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform light lifting throughout the shift
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Reliable transportation to and from work
