The Spark by Hilton is searching for a dependable and detail-driven Housekeeping Supervisor/Inspector to support daily operations and lead by example. You’ll inspect rooms, train staff, and uphold high cleanliness standards across the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect guest rooms and public spaces for quality

Assign housekeeping tasks and verify completion

Train and support housekeeping staff

Monitor supply inventory and usage

Ensure lost-and-found, laundry, and safety procedures are followed
Must-Haves:

1–2 years of hotel housekeeping experience

Familiar with cleaning procedures and safety standards

Able to lead and motivate a diverse team

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
