Landscape Crew Member (Maintenance & Installation)

About the Role
We are a growing company covering Monmouth & Ocean Counties, currently seeking dedicated, dependable crew members to join our landscape maintenance and installation teams. Crew members work under the supervision of a crew leader to complete residential and commercial projects, which may include lawn and landscape maintenance as well as hardscape installation such as paver patios, walkways, firepits, steps, retaining walls, driveways, plazas, parking lots, and more. Responsibilities
Perform lawn and landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, and cleanups
Assist with installing paver patios, bricks, natural stone walls, walkways, and firepits
Operate equipment such as excavators, skid steers, compactors, partner saws, mowers, and other power tools
Install irrigation and lighting systems
Clean up job sites and maintain a safe, organized work environment
Keep trucks and equipment clean and in proper working order
Contribute to our safety culture by wearing assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Interact with homeowners, property guests, clients, and the public in a friendly and professional manner
Requirements
Maintain a regular, dependable attendance record
Availability to work variable hours, which may include weekends, holidays, and overtime
Ability to perform physical work in various weather conditions
Legal authorization to work in the United States
17 years of age or older
Reliable transportation to the branch or first job site
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and walk long distances
Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
Experience in landscape maintenance, masonry, pavers, retaining walls, or related fields is desired but not required

Work Schedule
You'll work Monday to Friday (with overtime during peak season), starting between 6:00 and 7:00 AM depending on the season. Your workday wraps up when the route or project is complete, typically 810 hours, though this can vary.
Offered compensation: $19/hr - $22/hr
