What You’ll Own as a Senior Cost Accountant
- Lead month-end and year-end close, including journals, reconciliations, and KPI reporting
- Analyze financial results, identify variances, and deliver actionable insights
- Manage standard costing systems (BOMs, routings, labor, overhead)
- Oversee inventory accounting, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution
- Partner cross-functionally to improve plant financial performance

What You Bring to This Senior Cost Accountant Role
- 4+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong cost accounting experience, including standard cost systems (BOMs, routers)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- ERP experience (SAP or similar preferred)
