Time Off Holidays
- We offer a combined paid time off (PTO) policy which incorporates state paid sick leave with company paid time off at an accrual rate of 0.0607 per hour worked, equivalent to 120 hours of PTO at 2,080 hours worked in a year. The PTO accrual rate increases after two years of service and again after five years of service.
- We offer 6 Paid Holidays (8 hours - full time, 6 hours - part-time per event, excluding on-call staff) and 1 Personal Holiday of Choice per year (excluding on-call staff).

Enrich the lives of older adults through community, choice, and continuing care in the Certified Nursing Assistant role. Under the direction of licensed nursing staff, the CNA provides basic care and support services to meet and exceed the needs and comfort of residents within a memory care or assisted living care setting. You will provide continuing care through these responsibilities:
- Care for residents by monitoring health status, feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, assisting with mobility, and serving meals and snacks.
- Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
- Provide comfort measures to include positioning and proper alignment using pressure ulcer prevention techniques.
- Answer call signals, signal lights, bells, or intercom systems to determine the resident’s needs.
- Demonstrate proper use of wheelchairs, walkers, mechanical lifts, and scales.
- Provide light housekeeping and laundry services.
- Participate in various activities to provide life enrichment.
- Document and record resident observations and health-related information in the electronic health record systems.
- Communicate resident observations and health-related information to others member of the care team including coworkers, supervisors, third-party providers, and families.
- Learn and apply Company, Federal, State and Local rules, regulations, and policies.
Our requirements and qualifications for success:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent accompanied by experience as a CNA.
- Current Washington State Nursing Assistant certification.
- Ability to obtain a Washington State Food Worker Card within 14 days of hire.
- Ability to obtain a CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
- Ability to obtain a Nurse Delegation Core Certificate within 120 days of hire.
- Ability to obtain a Nurse Delegation Diabetes Certificate within 120 days of hire.
- Ability to obtain a Mental Health Specialty Certificate within 120 days of hire.
- Ability to obtain a Dementia Specialty Certificate within 120 days of hire.
- Effective and comprehendible English verbal and written communication skills to accomplish charting, record keeping, and to comprehend written orders and procedures.
- Displays a personable and comforting personality to care for the residents.
- Use logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
Physical, environmental, and mental requirements:
- Ability to give direct patient care, including participating in lifting, transferring, positioning, and assistance of residents with walking or in wheelchairs.
- Able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis.
- Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to document resident records.
- Apply your physical and muscle strength to lift, push, pull or carry objects.
- Ability to utilize your lower back and abdominal muscles to support part of the body repeatedly and continuously over time without fatiguing.
- Ability to listen to and comprehend information and ideas provided through conversation, email, and text.
Salary Range: $21.28 - $27.52 per hour
