Responsibilities
- Clean windows on both interior and exterior surfaces using appropriate tools and techniques to achieve a spotless finish
- Prepare work areas by setting up ladders, or other access equipment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed
- Perform routine janitorial and custodial tasks around work sites to support overall cleanliness and maintenance
- Conduct inspections of windows and surrounding areas to identify any damage or maintenance needs
- Follow safety procedures diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a focus on window cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and best practices for glass surfaces
- Ability to operate scissor lifts and other access equipment safely and confidently
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering streak-free, polished results
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
- Physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, climbing ladders, or operating cleaning machinery
- Willingness to follow safety protocols rigorously and maintain a clean, organized workspace
