We Are Hiring For:
Position: Concrete Finisher
Location: Clark County, WA
Pay: $25-$35/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, with overtime as needed
What You'll Do:
- Pour, level, and smooth concrete for roads, sidewalks, curbs, floors, and other surfaces.
- Complete structural and site concrete projects for public, commercial and residential customers.
- Set and align concrete forms to line and grade.
- Prepare job sites for concrete placement.
- Patch existing concrete surfaces and cut expansion joints.
- Monitor concrete curing to ensure a high-quality finish.
- Operate concrete saws and other job-related equipment.
- Follow all safety policies and maintain quality workmanship.
- Communicate effectively with crew members and customers.

What You Need to Have:
- Experience in concrete finishing and general concrete construction.
- Loyal and long-term outlook with a company.
- Ability to set concrete forms accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work safely in a team environment.
The Musts:
- Ability to work Monday-Friday and overtime as needed
- Ability to travel for project with company outside of local area
- Lift up to 50+ pounds
- Stand and kneel for extended periods
- Work outdoors in hot and cold weather
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Preferred:
- Experience with high-end residential concrete projects.
- Experience operating concrete saws and related equipment.
