Responsibilities:
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal guests at all times.
- Wash Dishes daily.
- Fill ice bins as needed.
- Empty garbage and mop floors.
- Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities.
- Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
- Ensure the safety and security of team members and guests.
- Comply with all policies and procedures established by Bally's and departmental management.
Competencies:
- Must be able to work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Read, write, and understand simple instructions.
- Communicate appropriately with all departments and fellow team members.
- Understand and adhere to all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations, sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of alcohol, and any other federal, state, and/or local regulations.
- Effectively handle situations that may arise due to intoxicated guests.
- Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under frequent time pressures.

Target Salary Range:
$15.00 - $17.25
