Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager/Landscape Designer to lead innovative landscape projects from conception through completion. This role combines creative landscape design with strategic project management, ensuring that each project meets client expectations, adheres to budget and schedule, and aligns with sustainable practices. Duties
- Develop comprehensive landscape designs utilizing software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite to create detailed plans and visualizations.
- Manage all phases of project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and vendors to facilitate seamless communication and project progression.
- Oversee site analysis using GIS tools like ArcView and ArcGIS for land surveying, land use planning, and environmental impact assessments.
- Prepare construction documents, estimates, and specifications for hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, irrigation systems, and landscaping elements.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality standards are met, and troubleshoot any issues related to landscape maintenance or construction.
- Promote sustainable design practices by integrating eco-friendly materials and water-efficient irrigation systems into project plans.
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape architecture or civil engineering with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit, Land surveying tools, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of GIS platforms such as ArcView and ArcGIS for land analysis and mapping.
- Solid understanding of construction processes including estimating, scheduling, site supervision, and landscaping techniques.
- Familiarity with horticulture principles, plant selection, soil science, irrigation systems, and sustainable design strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
