Position Summary
Committed Contracting & Restoration is seeking an energetic and driven Sales Representative to grow our Mitigation, Contents, and Reconstruction divisions. This position comes with a company vehicle, fuel card, base salary, and uncapped commission opportunities for the right candidate.
This role is ideal for someone currently working in restoration, mitigation, roofing, construction, insurance restoration, or business development who wants the support of a growing company and the opportunity to significantly increase their income.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with:
- Insurance agents
- Property managers
- Adjusters
- Plumbers
- Generate leads for water, fire, mold, contents, and reconstruction projects.
- Conduct in-person visits, networking events, and presentations.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Track sales activities and opportunities within CRM software.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
- Participate in community and industry networking events.
QualificationsPreferred
- 2+ years of sales experience.
- Experience in restoration, mitigation, construction, roofing, insurance restoration, or related industries.
- Existing network of insurance and property management contacts.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to generate business.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
