Position Responsibilities
- Coordinate international shipments (import and export) from origin to final delivery.
- Handle routing, booking, and consolidation of air and ocean cargo (LCL/FCL).
- Monitor and update shipment status, ensuring proactive communication with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation and billing.
- Issue and send invoices for handled shipments.
- Ensure compliance with TSA regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding or shipment coordination.
- Fully bilingual: English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- In-office position (not remote).
- Knowledge of Magaya software required.
- TSA experience required.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
