Travel RN – CVICU & ICU (Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit)
Pay: Up to $3000/Week
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights/ Days (36–48 Hours/Week)
ICU Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU).
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, hemodynamic status, and ventilator-dependent patients.
- Care for post-operative open-heart and cardiovascular surgery patients.
- Administer IV medications, vasoactive drips, and blood products.
- Respond to emergencies and changes in patient condition using critical thinking and clinical judgment.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Active RN License
- Recent CVICU/ICU experience
- Acute Care experience preferred
- BLS (AHA) required
- BSN preferred
