Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of steak cuts to guest specifications, ensuring proper doneness and presentation.
- Follow recipes and standardized procedures to prepare additional menu items such as sides, appetizers, and desserts.
- Monitor food preparation to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to food safety standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment, including grills, broilers, fryers, and ovens, safely and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas, adhering to sanitation and hygiene regulations.
- Manage inventory, restocking supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely meal delivery.
- Stay updated on steakhouse industry trends, cooking techniques, and ingredient sourcing.
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
