Aero-Tech Services, Inc. is an aviation service provider located in Lancaster County, PA. We are a growing aviation company looking to add the right individual to our maintenance team. Position Overview:
This position works as a team member in a fast-paced aviation environment. As an aircraft detailer, your job duties will require you to perform cleaning tasks on/in/around all types of aircraft from Cessnas to Falcon Jets. Tasks include washing and polishing of brightwork and paint, cleaning/detailing interior cabins, lavatories, and flight decks. The successful candidate will possess the appropriate personality to work autonomously while constantly focusing on safety, attention to detail, and quality.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Good communication skills written and verbal
- Ability to lift 25 pounds as well as working on ladders and/or lift equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and no criminal record.
- Professional attitude, demeanor and strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an aviation environment.
- Experience in like field or industry.
Job Responsibilities:
-Wash exterior of aircraft utilizing various cleaning methods and materials.
- Apply polish or wax to painted surfaces.
- Ensure windscreens and windows are clean/streak free.
- Detail interior of aircraft utilizing vacuums, stain removal cleaners, scratch repair, leather cleaning, and disinfectants.
- Service and clean lavatory services.
- Light building/hangar maintenance and ground servicing equipment duties.

- Full-time; Monday – Friday; 8-hour shifts (overtime offered workload permitting)
